The Wunulla Road residence in Point Piper, Sydney, was originally built in 1928 in the Spanish style and emphasised outdoor living. Richards Stanisich aimed to honour its legacy by retaining its character and integrating contemporary living, with a muted palette that allows the home to remain relevant for years to come. The design creates a natural connection between the inside and outside of the home, emphasising the location's natural beauty. The home combines Australian and European classical approaches and is designed to endure while retaining its significance as a warm and calming retreat.
